LEAP - The energy and money saving service

LEAP are working in close partnership with Local Authorities and Housing Associations across the country to offer eligible residents a completely FREE energy and money saving service.

LEAP is an energy and money saving service that is helping people keep warm during the colder months and reduce their energy bills without costing them any money.

You can apply online either for yourself or on behalf of somebody else. Our advisors will contact all applicants to confirm eligibility and arrange for a home energy call. During this call, a qualified energy advisor can provide energy saving advice, help with energy switching, refer you for money saving and debt advice and assess your eligibility for insulation and other larger energy efficiency measures. They will also assess your personal situation for further assistance and support.

This service is available free of charge to eligible residents in a number of areas of the UK. Eligibility is based on household income, receipt of state benefits, health conditions and family situation.
