Learn to use relaxation techniques for your mind and body. Difficulty sleeping managing mood or anxiety?. You are welcome to guided relaxation sessions provided in partnership with Pennine care talking therapies.
Held on the third Tuesday of the month. These sessions are part of Tameside and Glossop`s cancer wellbeing day, facilitated in partnership with the Health and wellbeing college 225 Old Street Ashton under Lyne ol6 7SR. In addition to relaxation sessions we can also offer free support and information. Sessions include Skincare and make up, wig fitting and head scarfs, gentle exercise, Work and employment advice, benefits advice, information on social prescribing and volunteering and much more.
