About the event
Synergy is a full-day (10:00am to 4:30pm) event delivered in partnership with Maggie’s Manchester for those in their 20s, 30s and 40s. It is a chance to spend time with others who get it, chat about important topics, take part in wellness sessions and feel less alone when dealing with cancer. Whether they are in treatment, in remission, living with cancer, or had a diagnosis ages ago, we’d love to see them!
What will it involve at Synergy
The day starts at 10am with coffee and biscuits where they meet the Shine and Maggie’s team, along with the others attending the day. The rest of the day will include sessions which will allow them to get to know each other, chat about important topics along with wellness sessions to help relaxation and creativity.
There will be regular breaks, lunch and spaces available if they need a breather. The day will end by 4:30pm.
Synergy is free to attend, with food and drink included.
